Coraki Golf Club is seeking expressions of interest for the above position. The position will be for 68 hrs per fortnight and is subject to the appropriate award wages.
Qualifications:

Applicants must be available Saturdays and some Sundays and have a adaptable approach to their working hours.
/n
Applicants must have a friendly outgoing manner to fit in the club’s motto “The Friendly Club”.
/n
Applicants must hold a current RSA and RCG qualifications.
/n
/n
/n
Duties will include but not restricted to:
/n
/n
Undertake all aspects of drink service for tap and bottled beer, soft drink and water and cellar duties.
/n
Cleaning and maintaining the bar and table area, gaming room, function area and ensure the Club and restrooms are clean and stocked with adequate soap and sanitising liquid.
/n
Undertake cash eftpos transactions, banking and balancing.
/n
Collecting and washing glasses.
/n
Supervising sign-in procedures for members and visitors.
/n
Maintaining compliance with liquor and gambling regulations, workplace health and safety laws.
/n
Working with senior Club Directors and other Bar Staff including volunteers and the ability to set up rosters.
/n
Knowledge of Golf Club Operations or the willingness to learn and be comfortable with the Golf Club’s IT systems.
/n
Ability to manage stock and the ordering of supplies as seen fit.
/n
/n
