As one of the first points of contact for guests, you'll play an key role in making sure their stay runs smoothly from booking through to departure. This is a varied, hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys working with people, providing excellent customer service and being part of a small, supportive accommodation team.

Welcoming guests and managing check-ins and check-outs

Responding to guest enquiries by phone, email and in person

Taking and managing accommodation bookings

Assisting guests with questions, requests and local recommendations

Processing payments and maintaining accurate reservation information

Liaising with housekeeping and maintenance to ensure rooms are ready for arriving guests

Assisting with general reception and administrative duties
/n
Helping resolve guest concerns in a friendly and qualified manner
/n
Supporting the wider team with the day-to-day operation of the resort
