Your Role:

Complete daily opening and closing procedures

/n
Assist with stocktake and prep list planning

/n
Prepare food to Costa Taco standards — rapid, fresh, consistent

/n
Maintain a clean and organised kitchen throughout your shift

/n
Restock service stations (grill, pass, bain-marie) as needed

/n
Follow food safety protocols — temp logs, sanitising, HACCP

/n
Monitor and record food wastage

/n




Support inventory and stock rotation procedures

/n
Contribute to smooth lunch and dinner service operations

/n
Complete shift reports and communicate effectively with the team

/n

What You Bring:

Kitchen experience preferred, but we’ll train the right person.

Robust attention to detail, speed, initiative, and cleanliness.

Passion for food and consistency.

Team player with a positive attitude and work ethic.
