Job Description

Healthcare Australia is seeking a compassionate Home Care Support Worker for casual shifts across Hamilton, Casterton, Coleraine, Penshurst and surrounding areas in Victoria. You will support clients at home or in a community setting, following individual care plans and promoting independence.

The role requires relevant certificates, current CPR/First Aid, Police Check, and a valid Australian driver’s licence.
