Lakeland Roadhouse is looking for a reliable Front of House team member to join our casual roster. We serve fuel, food, and hot drinks seven days a week on the Mulligan Highway — the gateway to the Cape — so service can be steady one hour and flat-out the next.
What you will do /n
/n
Greet guests and help them feel welcome on arrival.
/n
Take food and drink orders accurately and keep tables and the counter moving.
/n
Transparent, reset, and keep dining and service areas clean and ready.
/n
Support the counter and coffee bar during rushes.
/n
Work closely with the kitchen so meals go out on time.
/n
What we are looking for /n
/n
Reliable availability, including early starts and later finishes across the week.
/n
Explicit communication and a calm approach when the roadhouse is busy.
/n
A practical, hands-on attitude and willingness to muck in where needed.
/n
RSA or food safety certification is a plus, but not required.
/n
