Working closely with business stakeholders and IT teams, this role develops the Freshservice platform to ensure it remains well‐managed, efficient, and aligned to organisational needs.
The role is responsible for building integrations and new modules that enhance system capability and streamline service delivery, contributing to consistent and high‐quality IT services.QualificationsMinimum 2 year's experience in the administration, configuration and upgrade of an ITSM platform Automation and Power Platform Skills, with expertise in Power automate and Power AppsStrong JavaScript and CSS for UI customisationAbility to translate business processes into workflow automation logicSkills in process mapping, optimisation and documentationExperience building system integrations using REST APIs, webhooks and custom connectorsAbility to handle data transformation, mapping,
