As an Emergency Medicine Consultant, you'll lead a multidisciplinary team and deliver high-quality emergency care to a diverse population, including a significant Aboriginal community.Key responsibilities include:Leading emergency care delivery in a busy regional EDCollaborating with partners like the Royal Flying Doctor Service and WACHS Command CentreMentoring junior doctors and supporting clinical educationManaging complex cases in a fast-paced environmentIdeal Candidate ProfileWe're seeking experienced Emergency Medicine Consultants who:Have a strong background in rural or remote emergency medicineAre passionate about improving Aboriginal health outcomesThrive in leadership roles and multidisciplinary teamworkAre committed to clinical excellence and continuous improvementSpecialist International Medical Graduates (SIMGs) are encouraged to apply.




A supervised placement at another WACHS site may be required before transitioning to Kalgoorlie.
Salary & BenefitsSalary Range: $395,490 – $502,265 p.a.
