As part of our FDG Change & Transformation Practice we require a dynamic and talented Organisational Change Manager (Agile experienced) to join our team working on multiple dynamic projects.
We co -create and implement organisational change strategies and plans to ensure an effective and sustained transition to the new business and digital way of working across organisations.
The successful candidate will put the human experience first and recognise that any technology and business change needs a well -defined transition path and mobilisation plan.

KEY EXPERIENCE Change practitioner with 4+ years' experience Enterprise level change management experience ideally in Technology / Digital Transformation environments.
