Position OverviewWe're looking for a social media & PR Coordinator to join our growing marketing team.
This is a hands-on role, spanning content creation, PR and influencer management.
You'll work closely with the Social & Community Specialist and broader marketing team to bring campaigns to life across organic, paid and earned channels.The ideal candidate is a creative all-rounder who's comfortable in front of and behind the camera, has a sharp eye for on-brand content and is excited about building relationships with creators, media and brand partners.
What You'll DoContent & Social MediaAssist in creating and scheduling content across Facebook, Instagram and TikTokSupport the development of engaging,



on-brand content across organic and paid channelsCreate and edit short-form video content using tools such as CapCut and similar platformsEdit creator and UGC creation into platform-ready assets with hooks, captions and on-brand graphicsLeverage AI tools to support content ideation, caption writing and asset generationPR & CommunicationsAssist in the coordination and execution of PR campaigns and product launchesManage media lists, outreach and sample send-outsTrack coverage and compile PR reports and resultsSupport press events, launches and brand activationsInfluencer & Creator ManagementIdentify and research relevant influencers and content creatorsAssist with outreach, negotiations, and relationship managementCoordinate gifting, paid partnerships, and campaign deliverablesCreate and execute briefs for creators to obtain on-brand, relevant contentTrack performance metrics and compile campaign reportsMaintain influencer database and communicationsPartnerships & CollaborationsAssist in coordinating co-branded campaigns and partnership activationsManage timelines, deliverables, and communications with partnersHelp track partnership performance and prepare recap reportsAdministration & CoordinationManage product inventory for PR and influencer seedingAssist with campaign timelines and project trackingSupport cross-functional collaboration with marketing, eCommerce,



and creative teamsAssist the Social Media Manager with filming when needed — comfort in front of and behind the camera is essential Who We're Looking For *****months experience in social media, PR, influencer marketing or a related field (internships and content creators considered)Proficiency in short-form video editing tools (CapCut or similar)Hands-on experience with AI-assisted content creation toolsStrong written communication and copywriting skillsConfident on camera and creating UGC-style contentHighly organised with strong attention to detail and ability to juggle multiple campaignsA genuine interest in beauty, skincare and the creator economyCollaborative team player who thrives in a fast-paced environmentBonus: experience with influencer platforms, PR tracking tools or Meta Ads Manager Please note: We require a portfolio in addition to the resume submission.
