Who We Are:Bradken is equipping the resource sector to sustainably advance society.As our Delivery Specialist, you'll be joining a global leader in the design, manufacture and supply of wear products and services for mining equipment.With **** team members worldwide and a bold goal of carbon neutrality by ****, you'll be part of a diverse team driving innovation, accuracy and service excellence.About the Role:We are currently seeking a Delivery Specialist – Digital Solutions/Technical Delivery Specialist to support the successful delivery and deployment of Bradken's growing portfolio of digital products and technologies.This is an exciting opportunity to work at the intersection of mining, engineering and digital technology, supporting the rollout of innovative edge and cloud-based solutions across customer operations globally.What You'll Do:As a Delivery Specialist – Digital Solutions, you will coordinate and support the delivery of innovative digital products across Bradken's mining operations.
Working closely with engineering, product, operations, vendors and global stakeholders, you will help move solutions from proof of concept through to site deployment and operational use.Key responsibilities include:Coordinate the planning, scheduling and delivery of digital projects across cloud, edge and site-based solutionsTrack project milestones, risks, issues and delivery progress while supporting governance and reporting activitiesWork closely with technical teams, suppliers and operational stakeholders to ensure successful project executionSupport implementation, testing and deployment activities across mining customer sitesMaintain project documentation,



change control records and technical handover materialsContribute to continuous improvement initiatives across delivery processes and digital solution deploymentWhat We're Looking ForYou are a technically minded and organised professional who enjoys working across multiple stakeholders, projects and technologies in a fast-paced environment.You will ideally bring:Degree qualifications in Mechanical or Mechatronics EngineeringExperience delivering projects or technical solutions within mining, industrial, manufacturing or heavy industry environmentsExposure to digital, edge-based, cloud-hosted or site-deployed technologiesStrong project coordination, communication and stakeholder management skillsAbility to manage competing priorities and solve complex technical issuesFlexibility to collaborate with global teams across different time zones when requiredWillingness to travel to customer sites as needed across AustraliaExperience supporting mining equipment such as excavators or dump trucks, or working with industrial electronics and communications systems, will be highly regarded.This role can be based in Brisbane, Newcastle or Perth, with flexibility to work remotely within Australia considered for the right candidate.Experience supporting mining equipment such as excavators or dump trucks, or working with industrial electronics and communications systems, will be highly regarded.This role can be based in Brisbane, Newcastle or Perth,
