As a member of our Professional Services team, you will be responsible for understanding our customers' challenges and clinical needs, translating requirements into solution design, delivering training, and supporting customers during application validation.What You'll DoParticipate in projects at life sciences or biotech companies designing and deploying Vault Clinical systemsRapidly configure and implement the Vault Clinical suite (Vault eTMF, Vault CTMS and Payments) which is used to manage clinical processes and content in the cloudLead requirements workshops: design, prototype, configure, and document content management and/or data solutionsProject management including resource planning, leading and motivating a cross-functional team,



and project tracking and forecastingEnsure customer success from beginning to end of the engagement life cycleMentor project team and junior consultantsAssist presales/sales teams in defining scope, cost and estimationsRequirements6+ years in a customer-facing role (e.g., Services Consultant, Clinical Application Specialist, Implementation Project Manager) specifically within the Life Sciences industryDirect experience supporting or working for a major CRO or top-tier pharmaceutical sponsorDemonstrated, deep understanding of the local clinical trial operational models and compliance with regulationsExperiences with eTMF or CTMS systemsLegal resident or citizen with the right to work in Australia and be based in MelbourneA team player, Hardworking and Self Driven personBachelor's degree or aboveNice to HaveDirect experience with systems such as Veeva Vault, ePharmaSolutions, PhlexEview, WingSpan, OpenText, SharePoint, Documentum, FirstDoc/FirstPoint, NextDocs, BioClinica CTMS, IMPACT CTMS, Medidata CTMS, GoBalto, or other clinical technologiesLife Science, Computer Science, or related degreeSaaS/Cloud experience including knowledge of systems validationExperience in service delivery management and/or systems implementation#LI-MidSeniorVeeva's headquarters is located in the San Francisco Bay Area with offices in more than 15 countries around the world.
