With a systems integration client to find an experienced SOE Engineer to support enterprise endpoint environments within a secure, structured setting.
This role is focused on building, deploying, and maintaining Standard Operating Environments using modern automation and configuration tooling.

There's a strong emphasis on standardisation, automation, and security across complex infrastructure.What you'll be doingDesign, build, and maintain Standard Operating Environment (SOE) imagesDeploy operating systems, software, and updates across enterprise endpoints using MECM/SCCMAutomate image creation and system configuration using Packer and AnsibleManage patching, upgrades, and endpoint compliance activitiesSupport secure environment requirements, adhering to relevant standards and policiesTroubleshoot deployment and configuration issues across large-scale environmentsCollaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent and reliable endpoint performance Strong experience with Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (MECM/SCCM)Proven capability in software deployment, patching,
and OS imagingExperience using Packer for building machine imagesExperience with Ansible for configuration management and automationBackground working in secure enterprise or government environmentsActive NV1 security clearance (or ability to obtain NV2)Approximately 5 years' relevant industry experienceDesirable SkillsScripting experience (e.g. PowerShell, Python)Knowledge of endpoint security and compliance requirementsExperience working with Windows environmentsFamiliarity with G02/EIE or similar security standardsStrong problem-solving skills and attention to detail $700–$750/day + super (depending on experience)Initial 6 month contract with view to extendWork on secure, enterprise-scale environments with modern toolingOpportunity to work with a systems integration client delivering meaningful work in regulated sectorsAbout Towcha PeopleTowcha People is an Indigenous-owned recruitment business with a strong focus on fair access to opportunity.
