Contract Administrator and Site ManagersProvide quotes and solutions to potential clientsManage sales pipeline and future business opportunitiesConduct pre and post-evaluations of projectsWork with the Branch Manager and Operational teams to ensure service level agreements are achievedPlan and execute territory sales plansRespond to tender requests and negotiate supply contractsMonitor competitor activities and market activitiesRequirementsTo be successful in the role, it is essential that you have proven experience within the Scaffolding, Building and Construction or Equipment Hire industries.
Working previously on medium to large-scale commercial projects, you will demonstrate:Exceptional rapport-building and relationship management skillsStrong verbal and written communication skillsExcellent project management skillsA can-do-attitudeTechnical knowledge or hands-on Scaffolding experience is an advantage
