A mid-level to senior Systems Administrator supporting a quick growing, globally distributed deep tech company.
This role sits at the intersection of corporate ICT infrastructure and a highly technical engineering environment running robotics, embedded systems, and mix of on premises/cloud-based data pipelines.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide assistance within the lean ICT Team for day to day support activitiesMaintain Infrastructure support ServiceDesk and individual (Internal) ServiceDesk task queuesAdminister and maintain Microsoft 365 and Office 365 environments including Exchange, Teams, SharePoint, and IntuneManage endpoint provisioning for a globally distributed workforce across Windows, macOS, and LinuxMaintain Active Directory and Azure AD, SSO, and identity and access management (IAM)Support Ansible based configuration management and infrastructure as code practicesAdminister and monitor cloud infrastructure (AWS or Azure), including compute, storage, and networkingSupport CI/CD pipelines in collaboration with engineering teams using Atlassian Bitbucket and JiraAdminister Server and Service Backups local and remoteEnforce endpoint security policies, patch management, and vulnerability remediationSupport data security practices for sensitive geospatial and LiDAR data assetsMaintain, and support BCP/DR frameworksEnforce business directives around Cyber Security frameworksMaintain VPN infrastructure for remote teams and field operativesSupport network configuration for Brisbane HQ and remote sitesAdminister HubSpot, M365 Environment, and collaboration platformsSupport software licensing, procurement, and vendor managementProvide Level 2 and Level 3 helpdesk support for a technically sophisticated user baseRequired Skills and Experience3 to 5 or more years in a Systems Administrator or ICT Operations role,
