Essence Fine Food Cafe Pty Ltd in Portsea, VIC is seeking a Sous Chef to support weekly meal and dessert production. You will prep, pack, manage paperwork and cleaning while working with the head chef to maintain safety, presentation and quality.

Responsibilities include training juniors, ordering when needed and overseeing production with an experienced team. This role is Mon–Thu, 32 hours per week.
