The HR manager is looking for a right-hand person, who is happy to take on HR responsibilities in an autonomous role, with a rare prospect to be mentored to develop into a more senior role.
As the HR Coordinator, you will:Support the Human Resource manager with all matters related to HR administration, recruitment and selection, talent development, employee onboarding, employee relations, Industrial Relations,
workers compensation and Work Health & SafetyCoordinate and participate in employee induction and performance reviewsEnsure all employee files are updated and maintainedCoordinate internal and external recruitment requirementsCompile HR reports for senior managersAssist and provide coverage for end of month payroll functionsAssist with the administration of workers' compensation claims, track expenditures and claims thresholdRequirementsTo be considered for the position, you will have:Experience working in a HR administration role with some recruitment and payroll knowledgeKnowledge of latest HR practices and Fair Work legislationExperience with MS Word, Excel, PowerPointHight attention to detail with an ability compile reportsExcellent time management and coordination skillsBenefitsTop-up Parental Leave payments for primary care provider Birthday Leave Up to five days paid study leave for professional development Up to five days paid Community Service leave Hybrid role Definite career progression for the right candidate
