Job Description : This requirement isto rebuild Role Based Permission (RBP) in SuccessFactors (including HCM inS/4HANA where appropriate) to remove its complexity and significantly reducethe data privacy risk.
The project willrebuild RBP to ensure: RBP can be adequatelymaintained and governed.Updates to RBP areconsistent.Personnel can accessthe information and system elements in SF they are entitled to and arerestricted from accessing the information and system elements in SF they arenot entitled to Description of theWork: Key accountabilitiesfor the Technical Requirements Specialist: Core mandate To meticulouslydocument and translate the complex RBP solution design and GRC controlrequirements into execution -ready technical documentation, ensuring zeroambiguity for the downstream configuration and build teams.
RequirementsKey Accountabilities Work in directsupport of the Technical Configuration Lead to document all workshops,analyses, and design decisions.Author and maintain the definitive set of technical documentation,including configuration workbooks,
functional specifications, and therequirements traceability matrix.Ensure every"Critical Control" is explicitly and unambiguously mapped from itssource to its corresponding technical requirement.Manage the formalreview, version control, and stakeholder sign -off process for all technicaldocumentation.Prepare and conductformal "walk -throughs" of the documentation for the build team toensure 100% comprehension before the Execution phase commences.
Must have skills :• A specialist with proven, recent experience producing "build -ready"technical documentation for SAP (SF or S/4HANA) projects.
• Hands -on experience and understanding of SAP Success factor Role basedpermission (RBP) and GRC (Governance, Risk, and Compliance)• Exceptional,meticulous attention to detail and a "right -first -time" mindset.
• Ability to work at a high pace and manage complex, iterative documentationsets.
