They provide the right flooring to suit each client's individual requirements.In this position the successful applicant will be managing all aspects of each project for the Melbourne region, ensuring they are delivered on time and exceed client's expectations.Our client is willing to consider applicants with experience in the domestic flooring industry who are interested in moving into the commercial side of flooring.Responsibilities will include:Quoting recent jobsManage subcontractors and suppliers to achieve project outcomesPlacing ordersLogistics for site deliveriesSite inspectionsPreparation of variations to contractsPreparation of job sheets and costing for subcontractorsLiaising with builders and suppliers in relation to projectsBuild and maintain long term client relationships Product knowledgeRequirementsThe skills and experience you will need to be considered:Minimum 2 years of experience in the flooring industry (either domestic or commercial)Excellent attention to detailExceptional customer relationship skillsCritical thinking, problem solving and decision-making skillsGood computer skillsEffectively prioritise workloadAbility to communicate effectively with clients, installers and sub-contractorsWhite CardValid Drivers LicenseBenefitsWhat's in it for you?
