As our Contracts Specialist, you'll sit at the centre of how Aurelia buys, partners and protects the business by shaping service and materials contracts that keep multiple sites moving safely, efficiently and commercially.You'll work side-by-side with operations, procurement and legal to lead negotiations, build strong contract frameworks, and manage risk.
From tender evaluation through to claims, variations and performance conversations.If you love turning complexity into clarity, and you're at your best when you're trusted to run with it, you'll feel right at home here.Roster: Monday – Friday (Hybrid + Site Travel)Location: Brisbane CBDKey responsibilitiesLead contract management across the full lifecycle, from development through to performance monitoring, through to closeoutPartner with stakeholders to understand needs and deliver explicit, effective contract solutionsSupport and lead commercial and contractual negotiations with suppliersMaintain accurate, compliant contract documentation and recordsMonitor contractor performance and manage variations and claimsBuild strong, trusted relationships across the business and with suppliersIdentify opportunities to improve value,
