Apply today and help us shape the future of work—together What is the role Monday to Friday, 38 hours per week, onsite in our Brisbane office.Aside from providing leadership to the technical team, the Technical Team Leader ensures that client satisfaction, service levels and performance targets are met, while optimizing resources and maintaining high morale.
The role also includes acting as a technical escalation point and delivering hands-on client supportOther key responsibilities include but may not be limited to following:Lead and support the team; act as an escalation pointManage daily operations, scheduling, and rosteringAllocate resources based on priorities and capacityCoach, mentor, and drive team performanceSupport training, performance management, and hiring processesOversee leave approvals and ensure team coverageMaintain service quality, SLAs, and updated proceduresCommunicate with stakeholders and collaborate on solutionsEnsure accurate tracking in ConnectWiseSupport service delivery, projects,
