You will work collaboratively with surgeons, anaesthetic teams, and fellow theatre staff to deliver safe, patient-centred care throughout surgical procedures.Key responsibilities:
Provide skilled Scrub Scout nursing support across various surgical specialtiesPrepare and maintain sterile fields throughout proceduresAnticipate surgical team requirements and ensure equipment availabilityMaintain secure infection prevention and control practicesCollaborate with multidisciplinary theatre teams to achieve optimal patient outcomesComplete accurate perioperative documentation in accordance with hospital policies and standards Location – Darwin, NTDarwin combines a laid-back tropical lifestyle with some of Australia's most spectacular natural attractions.
