We're a team of dedicated people who believe in flavour first and care deeply about our customers.About the roleWe're looking for a Café Manager to join our Brisbane team, overseeing both our established café and our recently opened second site.This role is a hands-on leadership positions responsible for the smooth day-to-day running of the café.
You'll have a strong floor presence during peak times to lead by example and support the team, while overseeing operations across FOH and bar.
Working closely with our Head Barista, you'll create a welcoming space where exceptional hospitality, team culture and operational excellence come together.This is a full-time role working 38 hours across a 7-day roster, including weekends.Lead, coach, and support FOH and bar teams to deliver outstanding serviceSet and maintain high standards for hospitality, presentation, and customer careManage rosters, operational processes, and budgets to ensure smooth service and financial performanceBe a visible, calm leader on the floor during busy service periodsMaintain compliance with food safety, hygiene and OH&S; standardsPartner with national support teams and follow operational frameworks to keep the café aligned with Allpress brand valuesHandle customer feedback with empathy and accountability, turning challenges into opportunities to build trustAbout youWe're looking for hospitality leaders who thrive in a busy workplace, lead with positivity, and have a genuine passion for both people and coffee.
