SUPPORTER RELATIONS OFFICER At MSF Australia we are expanding our Supporter Relations department to include an Outbound team!

What you will be responsible for Collectively the Supporter Relations department ensures that our valued donors receive the best possible care and service.
In the Outbound function you will enjoy talking with previous MSF donors with the goal of re-engaging them in contributing to help our medical and humanitarian projects across the globe.
Accountabilities will include: Making outbound calls to previous donors; Updating and maintaining information in the CRM; Performing general administration tasks; Responding to donor queries and providing a high level of customer satisfaction.
Requirements To be successful in this team-oriented and diverse Outbound role you will be known for your resilience and tenacity, your natural ability to inspire others and your interest in contributing to humanitarian aid work globally.
Ideally you can demonstrate the following:



Previous Call Centre or Telemarketing and Customer Service experience; Confident phone manner & excellent communication skills; Data entry and CRM proficiency; High attention to detail; A customer focus; and Keen interest in being a part of an NFP organisation.
