You'll partner closely with site teams, contractors, and service providers to drive a proactive safety culture, support incident response, and embed continuous improvement initiatives that enhance operational performance and critical risk management.What You'll DoLead operational safety activities across live data centre campusesSupport critical operations, maintenance, and contractor management programsDrive compliance with key risk controls including Permit to Work, electrical safety, confined space entry, and working at heightsConduct incident investigations, operational assurance activities,
