We serve high-quality specialty coffee in a fun, community-focused, surf-inspired environment.The Role:We're looking for a capable, experienced barista who can handle high-volume service while maintaining specialty standards.
You'll be dialing in espresso, preparing batch brew, and helping create a welcoming space for our local community.Hours:***** hours per week to start, with potential to grow.Must be available at least one weekend day.What You'll Do:Dial in and serve a range of specialty coffees, including espresso and batch brew.Greet and serve customers.
Work efficiently during high-volume periods without compromising quality.Deliver friendly, genuine customer service.Maintain a clean, organised,
and protected workspace.Support the team and help build a strong community vibe.About You:Calm under pressure, proactive, and reliable.Passionate about coffee and connecting with the community.Available for at least one weekend day each week.Preferred but not a must - Minimum 1 year specialty coffee experience (high-volume preferred).
- Confident on espresso machines and grinders, and comfortable adjusting recipes.
