What You'll Do:Lead day-to-day store operations, driving high standards in customer service, merchandising, and store presentationCoach, mentor, and develop your team to deliver outstanding resultsMonitor inventory, manage orders, and ensure optimal stock levelsOversee rostering, wages, and operational budgetsEnsure compliance with company policies, safety standards,
