Our client is a well-established organisation within the subscription and information management sector.
They are seeking a Client Services Officer to support an existing portfolio of clients and deliver a high standard of end-to-end service.
This role suits someone who enjoys client interaction, problem-solving and working closely with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
Key Responsibilities Manage and support a portfolio of existing clients Respond to client enquiries and provide day-to-day service support Assist with onboarding and implementation of new client accounts Prepare accurate quotes and process subscription orders Manage claims and liaise with publishers and suppliers Maintain accurate client and product records in internal systems Ensure service level agreements are met Work with finance on billing, payments and collections About You Experience in a client service, customer support or account coordination role High attention to detail Strong communication skills and attention to detail Organised, proactive and able to manage competing priorities Confident using CRM or internal systems Team-focused with a customer-first mindset B2B, subscriptions or skilled services experience advantageous What's on Offer Stable full-time on going role at least until April with a supportive team Training and development provided Client-facing role with variety and responsibility Convenient Camberwell location Apply Submit your resume via SEEK.
