We're looking for two confident, upbeat Part-Time Front of House Team Members to join the team.About the RolesAs a Front of House Team Member, you'll be the welcoming face of Alchemy and play an important role in creating an exceptional experience from the moment our guests arrive.It's important to know that this is a hands-on role with a genuine balance between customer interaction and venue upkeep.
Alongside welcoming guests, managing bookings and answering enquiries, you'll be actively cleaning and resetting saunas, maintaining shared spaces and ensuring the entire venue is consistently presented to a high standard.We're currently recruiting for two part-time contracted positions:Position ******* hours per week A mix of opening shifts, closing shifts and weekends.
You'll need valuable flexibility across the week and be comfortable working across different shift times.Position ******* hours per week Primarily weekday closing shifts from 2:30pm-11:00pm, with weekend availability also required.Both positions offer regular, ongoing hours within a supportive and collaborative team environment.What You'll Be Doing Welcoming and checking in guests with warmth and confidence Creating genuine connections and delivering an exceptional customer experience Answering enquiries,
