This is a rare opportunity to join a high-performing, state-wide pathology service in a vibrant regional centre.About the RoleAs a key member of the Anatomical Pathology team, you will:Deliver high-quality diagnostic and consultative services across histology, cytology, and non-coronial autopsyParticipate in multidisciplinary team meetings and frozen section servicesSupervise and mentor registrars and junior staffContribute to statewide service development and clinical excellenceEnsure compliance with ISO *****, NATA, and NPAAC standardsEngage in teaching, research, and quality improvement initiativesAbout YouYou will be a collaborative and forward-thinking pathologist who brings:Fellowship of the Royal College of Pathologists of Australasia (FRCPA) or equivalentSpecialist registration (or eligibility) with AHPRADemonstrated expertise in Anatomical Pathology, including autopsy and frozen section workStrong interpersonal and communication skillsA commitment to education, research, and continuous improvementWhat's on OfferBase salary: $210,332 – $266,677 + generous allowancesAttraction & Retention Allowance: up to 50% of base payAdditional benefits:
