We're proud to be a sibling venue to the award winning Cave Hill Creek.Our Assistant Catering Manager plays a vital role in keeping guests happy, well fed and ready for the day ahead.
You'll work alongside a friendly, close knit catering team and report to the Catering Manager.
You'll also liaise with our program and facilities staff so every stay runs smoothly.
This is a great opportunity for an individual, a couple or a family wanting to settle into one of Victoria's most beautiful regions.The roleA typical day at Silverband Lodge will see you: Supporting the Catering Manager with menu planning and meal service Leading and mentoring kitchen and dining room team members Preparing and serving quality, nourishing food with care for dietary and allergy needs Looking after stock, ordering, food safety and a spotless kitchen Taking on extra hours in maintenance,
