About the Opportunity Reporting to the Queensland Business Relationships Manager, you'll take ownership of a Sunshine Coast territory, developing strong relationships with GPs, allied health professionals, specialists, and practice teams.You'll be trusted to manage your schedule, identify growth opportunities, and deliver initiatives that strengthen our presence within the local healthcare community.
Key Responsibilities Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare referrers across your territoryIncrease awareness and utilisation of Sunshine Coast Radiology servicesIdentify new business opportunities and support referral growthCoordinate educational events, practice visits, networking opportunities, and promotional activitiesImplement local marketing initiatives and campaignsAnalyse market activity, competitor trends,



and growth opportunitiesMaintain accurate referrer records and reporting through CRM systemsCollaborate closely with operational, clinical, and marketing teams to deliver an exceptional referrer experience About You You'll be someone who genuinely enjoys meeting people, building trust, and creating lasting professional relationships.You may come from healthcare, radiology, pharmaceutical sales, medical devices, business development, account management, or a customer-focused sales and marketing background.
You'll bring: Strong relationship-building and communication skillsA proactive and self-motivated approachConfidence engaging with healthcare professionals and business stakeholdersExcellent organisation and time management skillsThe ability to work autonomously while contributing to a collaborative teamA current Driver's Licence and reliable vehicleExperience in healthcare, radiology, medical terminology, CRM systems, or referral management will be highly regarded but is not essential.
