Offer informed recommendations and answer any questions about the menu.Order Taking: Accurately take and relay food and beverage orders to the kitchen and bar.
Ensure special requests and dietary restrictions are communicated clearly.Service Delivery: Serve food and beverages promptly and efficiently, ensuring proper presentation and adherence to service standards.
Monitor guests' needs and provide attentive service throughout their dining experience.Table Maintenance: Maintain clean and organized tables, removing used dishes, silverware, and glassware.
Reset tables for new guests quickly and efficiently.Customer Interaction: Engage with guests, ensuring their satisfaction with each course and addressing any concerns or special requests.
Create a welcoming and memorable dining experience.Payment Processing: Present the bill to guests, process payments accurately, and handle cash or card transactions.




Ensure the correct amount is charged and provide change or receipts as needed.Team Collaboration: Work closely with kitchen staff, bartenders, and other waiters to ensure a seamless and coordinated service.
Communicate effectively to address any issues or special requests from guests.Upselling: Promote specials, seasonal dishes, and beverages to enhance guests' dining experiences and increase sales.Health and Safety Compliance: Adhere to all health and safety regulations, including proper handling of food and beverages, sanitation practices, and workplace safety protocols.Requirements:Experience: Previous experience as a waiter, preferably in a fine dining or high-end restaurant setting.Skills: Excellent customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills.
