Job Description Our Concierge team is responsible for providing first impressions to our guests.As a Porter, your key responsibilities will include (but not limited to):Welcoming guests.Carrying luggage.Valet parking guest vehicles.Explaining hotel facilities.Maintaining the cleanliness standards of the Hotel entrance.Providing tourism information including dining and entertainment recommendations.Promoting the Accor Live Limitless Loyalty Program.Ability to work a flexible 7-day roster including AM and PM shifts.You will also be well-presented with a positive and skilled attitude and have a passion for hotel operations and providing exceptional customer service.QualificationsThe successful candidate will have previous experience in a similar role plus (but not limited to):Ability to lift sometimes heavy luggage.Ability to work as part of a team but also independently.Ability to provide prompt and efficient service including upselling advantageous.Time management skills with the ability to multi-task.Responsible Service of Alcohol andC Class Driver's Licence (Manual).
