Known for its strong reputation and customer-focused approach, the business is seeking a hands-on leader to support its Brisbane branch.Your new role As the Customer Service Supervisor, you will lead the day-to-day customer service function while remaining actively involved in customer enquiries and order processing.
Working closely with the State Manager, internal sales and warehouse teams, you will coordinate workflow, manage escalations, monitor orders and backorders, and ensure customers receive exceptional service from enquiry through to delivery.Key responsibilities include:Coordinating daily customer service activities and team prioritiesSupporting customer enquiries and order processing as requiredManaging escalated customer issues through to resolutionMonitoring orders,
