Your new roleAs the Executive Office Manager, you will lead the operations of the Executive Office, providing qualified and strategic support to the CEO and Executive.
Working closely with the CEO, you will play an important role in governance, executive decision-making, government relations, strategic reporting and the delivery of key organisational priorities.
This is a broad and trusted position with responsibility for the coordination and delivery of strategic documents, including the Annual Report, Strategic Plan and Business Plan.
You will monitor emerging issues, support organisational responses and ensure the CEO has timely and accurate information to support informed decision-making.You will lead Board and governance processes, including the preparation and management of agendas, minutes, reports, matters for decision and annual workplans.
You will also oversee government engagement, including Ministerials, Cabinet Submissions and Government Briefings, acting as a key liaison with Ministerial offices, government departments and agencies.
The position also has responsibility for executive-led projects, policy management, stakeholder engagement,
CEO communications and continuous improvement across Executive Office systems and processes.
What you'll need to succeedDemonstrated experience providing high-level administrative, project and executive support to senior executives and Boards.Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with robust attention to detail and discretion when managing sensitive information.Strong organisational and project management skills, with experience working across competing priorities and deadlines.Sound knowledge of governance, policy and government processes.A collaborative and proactive approach, with the judgement and professionalism required to work closely with senior leaders and external stakeholders.A Diploma or Certificate in Administration or Business, and/or extensive experience in a Government setting.
A National Police Clearance and current Australian Driver's Licence.
