Working within a collaborative finance team, you will play a key role in supporting financial operations and delivering high-quality services to internal and external stakeholders.Your new roleProcessing accounts payable and accounts receivable transactionsManaging debt recovery activities and monitoring outstanding debtsProcessing and reconciling corporate credit card transactionsProviding support to cardholders, including new applications, limit changes and enquiriesAssisting with bank reconciliations and maintaining financial controlsPreparing and analysing aged debtor and creditor reportsSupporting the preparation of monthly and annual financial reportsMaintaining accurate supplier and financial recordsLiaising with internal stakeholders to resolve finance-related queriesAssisting with continuous improvement initiatives across finance processesDelivering a high level of customer service to internal and external stakeholdersWhat you'll need to succeedPrevious experience in a Finance Officer,



Accounts Officer or similar positionExperience working with Financial Management Information Systems within a large organisationStrong knowledge of accounts payable, accounts receivable, reconciliations and debt recovery processesSound understanding of financial policies, procedures and controlsExcellent attention to detail and problem-solving skillsStrong communication and stakeholder engagement abilitiesThe ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines in a busy environmentA proactive approach and commitment to continuous improvementWhat you'll get in returnYou'll have the opportunity to work within a supportive and team-oriented team environment while further developing your finance and accounting experience.
