This is a hands-on, front-line role where you'll be the connection point between our customers and our operations processing orders, handling inquiries, managing communications and keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes.If you take pride in accuracy, thrive in a fast-paced environment and genuinely enjoy helping people get what they need, this is the role for you.What You'll Be Doing Processing and entering customer orders with a high level of accuracy Answering incoming calls and responding to customer inquiries efficiently Managing inbound email communications and providing timely, accurate responses Receipting and managing incoming payments Receiving,



checking and recording incoming stock Building a working knowledge of our product range to assist customers confidently Collaborating across departments to ensure smooth day-to-day operations Supporting the team with general administrative tasks as needed What We're Looking For A genuine passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
