This is an excellent opportunity to play a key role in supporting project delivery within a cooperative and fast-paced environment.Your new roleMaintaining critical project records and documentationCoordinating project reports, meetings and project correspondencePreparing agendas, taking meeting minutes and tracking actionsManaging site office supplies and supporting day-to-day office operationsProviding administrative and business support to the project teamAssisting the Project Manager and Project Director with project-related activitiesSupporting records management and project governance processesUndertaking additional duties as required to support project outcomesWhat you'll need to succeedPrevious experience in project administration, project support or a similar roleKnowledge of records management practices and electronic records management systemsStrong written communication skills,
