The practice has 25 GP's, a large nursing department, a generous patient services team, X-ray facilities, pathology, and many multidisciplinary team members.About the roleWe are looking for an enthusiastic, effective and well presented Patient Services Administrator to join our Patient Services Team on a permanent part time basis.
You will be required to work Mondays from 3pm to 6.30pm and Fridays from 1pm to 8pm.Who are you?

Previous experience in a medical centre as a receptionist or as a Ward Clerk using Best Practice software is desirable.You will need:Certificate in Administration or equivalent experienceAccurate typingCapacity to utilise relevant computer software i.e Best Practice, Clock OnExperience with Microsoft Word and OutlookCurrent knowledge of clerical and administrative procedures and systemsStrong communication skills - written and verbalExcellent planning and organising skillsAbility to effectively prioritiseAbility to problem solveHigh attention to detail and accuracyFlexibility and adaptabilityStrong customer service skillsA teamwork focus and approachCommitment to patient confidentialitySound like you?
