Responsibilities: Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages to customers Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the café and work areas Oversee coffee machine settings and perform regular maintenance Provide excellent customer service and engage with customers Handle cash and process transactions accurately Assist in training new staff members on coffee preparation and customer service Monitor inventory levels and assist with stock management Qualifications: High School Diploma or Equivalent Barista experience Experience in front of house roles Experience overseeing coffee machine settings and maintenance Attention to detail Ability to work in a fast-paced workplace Good time management skills
