This is a hands-on, fast-paced role where you'll work alongside a excellent team, keep the energy high, and help create memorable experiences for our guests.Cooking experience at home would be an advantage, or experience in other hospitality jobs.
Please note that applicants must be able to work weekdays between the hours of 10am & 4pm, with availability across at least two weekdays.

It's highly recommended that staff possess a strong organisational mindset and are physically fit.What You'll Be DoingDepending on your role, your responsibilities may include:Back of House (BOH): Preparing menu items such as burgers, rolls, salads and fried products Cooking freezer-to-fryer items in line with safety and quality standards Maintaining cleanliness and organisation in kitchen and prep areas Washing and sanitising dishes, utensils and equipment Following WHS requirements and reporting hazards or incidents Charcoal/Fried Cook: Setting up and operating the charcoal pit safely and correctly Cooking and basting charcoal chicken to El Jannah recipe and quality standards Portioning, rotating, and preparing chicken for service Monitoring cook times, temperatures,
