We are seeking an experienced
Senior Digital Content Officer
to join a large-scale digital project and help deliver high-quality, customer-focused digital experiences across key government websites.
Key Responsibilities n
n
Develop and deliver high-quality, integrated digital content with a strong customer focus.
n
Publish and manage content across websites, ensuring compliance with accessibility and brand guidelines.
n
Administer and manage content through
Drupal CMS
.
n
Provide expert advice on digital content design, including: n
n
UX and customer experience
n
SEO
n
Information architecture
n
Web analytics
n
Accessibility
n
Web standards
n
n




Essential Skills & Experience To be successful in this role, you will have: n
n
Strong hands-on experience with
Drupal CMS
.
n
Proven
digital content design
experience.
n
Strong knowledge and practical experience of
web accessibility
and accessibility standards.
n
Experience working across UX, SEO, information architecture and web standards.
n
Experience using digital analytics to monitor website performance and inform content optimisation.
n
Experience supporting website migration, consolidation or digital transformation projects.
n
