Frangipani Skin and Body Clinic is seeking a polished, bubbly, well groomed, professional, personable and highly organised Clinic Coordinator / Front Of House to join our warm, professional team.
n
With 20+ years of experience, we are an established Anti-ageing clinic, with a loyal clientele and a strong reputation for advanced skin treatments and professional skincare.
What We Offer: n

$38 per hour and higher rate of pay for someone who is highly experienced and will be negotiated at the time of interview.
n
2 days per week, Tuesday and Wednesday 8.30 to 6.30 pm.

About The Role n
You'll be the welcoming face of the clinic and play a key role in creating an exceptional client experience while keeping the clinic running smoothly. You will be working closely with the Director.
Key responsibilities include: n
n
Welcoming clients and providing exceptional customer service.
n
Managing appointments, bookings, confirmations and enquiries.
n
Coordinating therapist and practitioner schedules.
n




Using Phorest Booking System for bookings and client management.
n
Answering calls, emails and messages.
n
Processing payments and general reception administration.
n
Rebooking clients and supporting client retention.
n
Confidently discussing treatments, skincare and products.
n
Supporting product sales, memberships, packages and promotions.
n
Maintaining a beautiful, qualified clinic environment.
n
Proficient in Canva and social media.
n
Client confidentiality is essential.
n

Experienced and confident with Phorest - ESSENTIAL.
n
Warm, engaging and naturally great with people.
n
Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
n
Confident multitasking in a busy environment.
n
Professional, reliable and well presented.
n
Passionate about beauty and skincare.
n
Confident discussing treatments, products and services.
n
A positive team player who genuinely cares about clients.
n
n
You do NOT need to be a qualified Beauty Therapist. However, strong knowledge of the beauty and skincare industry is essential.
n
