About the RoleAs a Customer Relationship Specialist, you'll play a key role in supporting customers with overdue accounts: Manage and optimise a portfolio of overdue accounts from leading Australian institutions with a proactive, solutions-focused approach Use advanced skip tracing tools and techniques to relocate and connect with customers Conduct high-quality inbound and outbound conversations,
