About The Chance

The primary purpose of this position is to support a wide range of functional areas across the business. Often described as the "everything department", this role is perfect for someone who loves variety, enjoys keeping busy and takes pride in keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes.

As part of a small team, some of your responsibilities will include:

Supporting the CEO
across a variety of tasks
n
Managing and tracking
projects across the business
from start to finish
n
Assisting the
Customer Service Team
to deliver a great client experience
n
Managing the
complaints process
and helping resolve issues
n
Keeping projects moving by communicating effectively with
key stakeholders inside and outside the business
n

About You
n
The successful candidate will have:

A
background in a similar role
n
Strong attention to detail
with excellent time management and organisational skills
n
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
n
High proficiency in MS Office Suite
and the ability to learn new systems quickly
n
The ability to deal with
sensitive information
appropriately and with discretion
n
A

and a proactive, solution-driven approach
