If you bring excellent energy, strong leadership, and genuinely love creating amazing customer experiences, we'd love to hear from you.What you'll be doingAs an ASM, you'll play a key role in the day-to-day success of the store:Support the Store Manager and Optometrist to deliver a seamless customer journey from eye test to frame selection and dispenseTake ownership of the store 2 days a week, leading the team and driving performanceKeep the appointment book running smoothly and ensure every customer interaction feels easy and enjoyableCoach and support your team to deliver great service, every timeWhat's in it for youOTE $80,000 (Base + Super + Monthly + Annual Bonus + Profit bonus) (monthly & annual incentives)2 free pairs of glasses per quarter product allowance so you can rep the brand in style and a year's supply of contacts!
