I'm working with one of the world's most elite quantitative trading firms on a genuinely unique engineering opportunity within their global Security Engineering team.
This is NOT your typical security role.
The team cares far more about engineering strength than traditional "security backgrounds".
They are specifically targeting exceptional Software Engineers who enjoy solving deeply technical problems across Linux systems, networking, automation, distributed infrastructure, and large-scale production environments.
Key requirements: • Solid Python or Go • Deep Linux systems knowledge • Networking fundamentals (DNS, TLS/SSL, TCP/IP etc.) • Ability to automate and build resilient infrastructure • Strong communication skills + gravitas to operate independently with global stakeholders You could be a strong fit if you come from:

• High-performance trading firms • FAANG / top-tier tech companies • Gaming / real-time systems • Mission-critical infrastructure environments • Elite platform / SRE / backend engineering teams This role will be the key APAC hire within the team, so they want high-energy engineers who enjoy ownership, autonomy, and operating close to highly technical global teams .
Location: Singapore or Sydney Global relocation + visa sponsorship available Exceptional compensation — genuinely no expense spared for top talent ⚡ Fast-moving process — interviews are being prioritized immediately APPLY NOW with a copy of your CV / GitHub / relevant project experience .
