The roleAt Pathfindr, we help teams reimagine what's possible with AI - but to start, we upskill organisations across AAPAC on how to actually use AI tools.
Our AI Accelerators combine real-world tools, practical training, and hands-on support to help organisations embed AI capability at every level.
Now, we're looking for facilitators to help us deliver these programs with clarity, energy, and impact.We're looking for a curious, confident communicator who can turn AI concepts into lightbulb moments for teams.
You'll work with our frameworks, pathways, and expert team - then take the lead in shaping and delivering engaging, practical sessions to help achieve adoption.
You will become an AI expert, be hungry to learn, comfortable in front of a room, and excited to help people actually use AI tools in their work.What you'll doResearch, design and deliver AI learning sessions for mid-sized and enterprise clientsTailor content to different industries, roles, and AI maturity levelsWork with our AI Explorer to bring tools like ChatGPT,
