Ideally, you'll have:Proven end-to-end volume recruitment experience, with retail and consumer goods experience being highly desirableConfidence in working with senior stakeholders and providing expert recruitment advice and updatesA proactive approach to talent sourcing, market mapping, and creating pipelines for future needsStrong communication skills with the ability to adapt your style for different audiencesA continuous improvement mindset and practical approach to solving recruitment challengesQualificationsWhat you'll be doing:Lead end-to-end volume recruitment for positions,
such as vehicle drivers and parts interpreters, within retail and consumer goods operationsPartner closely with hiring managers to ensure the delivery of strategic sourcing and tailored attraction strategiesCreate an engaging and streamlined experience for candidates and hiring teamsLeverage market insights and talent data to guide decision-makingDrive continuous improvement and process optimisationWork in a hybrid capacity, combining remote and home based work, with flexible arrangementsAdditional InformationWhy join Harrier?
