You will be supported by experienced practitioners invested in your development and a team culture that prioritises learning, collaboration and quality client work.Role Overview Reporting to a senior broker, you will support on an established SME to mid-market general insurance portfolio with the long-term expectation to take ownership of your own book when ready.
You will be exposed to a broad range of clients and products, with regular insurer engagement designed to sharpen your technical knowledge.This role suits a broker early in their career who is serious about developing into a well-rounded account manager.




The firm invests in its people through regular product sessions and hands-on mentorship.ResponsibilitiesSupport a senior broker across an SME to mid-market general insurance portfolioBuild and maintain strong client relationships through proactive servicingAttend regular insurer presentations to develop technical product knowledgeMeet clients in person or virtually based on portfolio requirementsWork toward taking ownership of your own portfolio over timeCandidate Profile You have 1 to 3 years of general insurance broking experience and are looking for an environment where you can genuinely develop.
Tier 1 qualified is preferred but not essential.
You are client-focused, comfortable in an in-office culture and motivated to grow a quality book over time.
